Scope
This notice describes the Pride In Motion Corp. website and partner portal. Use the portal to maintain your business profile and submit documents requested for a relevant opportunity. Only submit information you are authorized to provide.
Information we use
We process the contact information you send, account email and authentication records, business and contact details, uploaded documents and their metadata, approval decisions and security activity. We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage access, evaluate applications, review documents and protect the service.
Service providers and access
We use service providers for website hosting, account authentication, secure data storage, business and account email, fraud prevention, malware screening and encrypted backups. They process information as needed to operate and protect these services. Partner records are restricted to the relevant partner and authorized administration, subject to necessary service-provider processing and maintenance access.
Browser storage
Sign-in uses session cookies and security mechanisms necessary to protect access. The help guide saves a local completion preference in your browser so it does not repeatedly interrupt you. Clearing that preference may make the guide appear again. Website help search searches public topics, not private records.
Document security
New uploads remain quarantined until a successful security scan permits access. A successful scan is separate from owner approval. Access restrictions and encryption reduce risk but cannot guarantee that any system is completely secure. Do not share passwords, verification links or authenticator codes.
Retention and deletion requests
We review abandoned applications after 90 days and declined applications after 12 months. These are review points, not automatic deletion dates. Contract records follow the applicable contract requirements. Document version history is preserved, and legal holds prevent deletion. There is no automatic deletion, including of backups; cleanup requires a separate decision. Backup copies may retain information after removal from an active record until authorized cleanup occurs.
Corrections and privacy requests
Contact info@pimlogistics.com to request access, correction or removal of your information, or ask about this notice. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Approved business changes require owner review. Applicable obligations may limit deletion. Please start with a brief description and do not attach sensitive records to an ordinary email.
Security assistance and changes
For account security concerns, contact security@pimlogistics.com. We will update this notice as actual collection practices change, including when adding new document or operational services. The updated date above identifies this version.
