Pride In Motion Corp. / Contracting Partnerships
Partnering for opportunity.
Built on accountability.
Pride In Motion identifies prospective logistics, courier and distribution opportunities that may fit qualified regional service providers.
1. Review the opportunity
We review the procurement scope, deadlines and eligibility requirements. Unresolved questions remain clearly identified until authoritative clarification is available.
2. Qualify the proposed team
Prospective partners identify service coverage, experience, licenses, insurance, staffing, backup capacity and operational constraints. We request scope-specific pricing and clarify exclusions before preparing a proposal.
3. Prepare a prime proposal
Pride In Motion evaluates partner information and prepares its own prime response where eligible. Our internal response targets allow time for review and coordination. We do not submit in a partner’s name without separate authorization.
4. Award and written agreement
Participation does not guarantee work, exclusivity, volume or selection. Any subcontract depends on procurement requirements, successful prime award, required approvals and an executed written subcontract defining responsibilities and payment terms.
5. Coordinate performance
When awarded and agreed in writing, we coordinate service expectations, reporting, communications and compliance. Required meetings, delivery records and deadlines will follow each contract.
Secure partner approval
The portal is currently a restricted test pilot. Email verification, sign-in and MFA support access; business changes require owner approval. Real sensitive document collection, bidding and signing remain closed while access and document workflows are validated.
