Pride In Motion / North Dakota

Courier Services
Partner Opportunity.

Bismarck, Mandan, Jamestown & statewide support · Potential subcontracting partnership

Prospective subcontracting · Not awarded

Opportunity overview

Pride In Motion is evaluating local courier partners for four service groups and occasional statewide coverage. Full coverage is preferred, but complete operational legs may be combined across qualified partners. The prime bid must fully price each offered group under the IFB’s all-or-none group requirement.

Prime eligibility clarification pending

Pride In Motion has requested confirmation that a qualified local subcontractor’s experience can satisfy the solicitation’s three-year North Dakota courier requirement. As of October 27, 2026, that question remains under agency review. No eligibility approval is represented. Partner experience must be documented and verified.

Response planning

The supplied IFB establishes the government deadline listed in the summary. The question deadline was October 23 at 1:00 p.m. Central. The October 26 and 28 partner dates come from Pride In Motion’s North Dakota RFQ Rev05 and override the general seven-day planning target. Latest amendments still require review.
