Pride In Motion / Minnesota
Regional service zones, scheduled routes & on-call coverage · Potential subcontracting partnership
Pride In Motion is evaluating courier partners for scheduled routes and on-call service across Minnesota. Partners may identify the regions and service levels they can reliably cover; statewide coverage is not required of each responder. Work includes letters, parcels and clinical/environmental samples, generally up to 100 pounds. No minimum work volume is guaranteed.
The procurement contact confirmed that questions are due October 30, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Central and will be answered through an addendum afterward. Questions about the proposed prime/subcontractor structure, capacity evidence and documentation remain unresolved. The October 27 event is the optional pre-proposal meeting.
Government response deadline is November 12 at 3:00 p.m. Central. The original RFP’s question deadline is October 30 at 3:00 p.m. Central. October 27 is the optional pre-proposal meeting, not the question deadline. Pride In Motion coordinates questions and the prime submission. Routes are assigned through orders; there is no single fixed statewide stop list.
