We'll walk through it one step at a time,
using a sample company called Example Courier.
Getting started.
To create your account, select Partner Portal, then Create Account.
Enter an email you check regularly and choose a password
using the guidelines on the screen.
Complete the verification check,
then look for your confirmation email from Pride In Motion Security.
Select the button in that email and follow the instructions
to finish confirming your account.
You'll also set up an authenticator to help protect your information.
Follow the prompts, enter the code from your authenticator app
and you're ready to continue.
Introduce your business.
Once you're signed in, head to Account Settings.
Start with the person we should contact about your company.
Add their name, role, email, and phone number.
This helps us reach the right person when there's a question or a deadline approaching.
Next, fill in the required business details and the areas you can serve.
Take a moment to check that everything is accurate before submitting.
You don't need to gather every possible document at this point.
First, let's find an opportunity that makes sense for your business.
Find a good fit.
Open opportunities to browse the available listings.
Use the search and filters to narrow things down or sort by state or date.
When something catches your attention, select View Opportunity.
Take a look at the locations, stops, schedule, vehicle requirements, and qualifications.
Think about how the work would fit your team's availability and what backup coverage you could provide.
The goal is to find work your company can reliably support.
Get ready to respond.
Found something that looks like a good fit?
Read through that opportunity's response instructions and required documents.
Each opportunity can be different, so let those requirements guide what you prepare.
You may be asked for proof of insurance, business registration, or other information specific to the work.
Pay particular attention to Pride In Motion's response deadline.
That gives our team time to review your information, follow up on questions,
and prepare the submission before the agency's deadline.
Add the documents you need.
When you're ready to provide the requested files, open my documents in your portal.
Choose the document type, select your file, and add an expiration date if one is required.
The page shows the accepted file formats and size limit.
After uploading, you'll see the file listed with its status and upload date.
Files go through a security check before they're available for download or approval,
so they may not be ready immediately.
Check back for review notes or requests for a replacement.
Previous uploads stay available for your records.
Respond to the opportunity.
With your information prepared, follow the response instructions on the opportunity listing.
Include the requested details about your qualifications,
availability, and pricing.
Before submitting, give everything one last look to make sure it's complete and matches the work described.
Our team will review your response and follow up as needed.
Submitting your information puts your company forward for consideration.
It doesn't guarantee a contract or an assignment.
Keep things up to date.
As you continue working with us, keep your contact information and documents current.
If you need to change business information that's already been approved,
submit the update through your account.
Your current approved details stay in place while we review the change.
You can also manage your password and authenticator from your security settings.
